Adrian Letzner M.Sc.

Owner and CEO of LETZTEST

Mr. Letzner has over 15 years working experience in developing successful water laboratories in remote regions. He worked for two years as a technical laboratory Manager in Cambodia. Furthermore as Advisor an project manager with the Bénin Ministry of Health and GIZ, the World Health Organization and various more organizations always developing water quality testing capacities and successful water laboratories in remote locations of the world. Mr. Letzner is passionate about finding out the critical success factors for running successful water laboratories in areas of limited infrastructure.

 

As CEO of LETZTEST, since 2018, Adrian Letzner and his team build capacity for water testing in regions with limited infrastructure by developing and providing more suitable water testing equipment which is high in quality, independent of electricity and unnecessary consumables . Secondly, LETZTEST offers mature coachings and trainings for water laboratory managers and technicians.

 

He holds a Bsc. degree in water science from the University of Duisburg in Germany and was a student also at McGill university (Canada) aswell as in Vigo (Spain). Furthermore, he holds a Master’s degree in water and wastewater management and technology and an additional degree from the Mercator school of business management. His knowledge includes both scientific and economic dimensions. In 2013 and 2014 he won a business model competition for a successful water testing laboratory in a remote area of Cambodia and conducted a Master thesis on the key success factors for running a successful water laboratory as a business model in a remote location of an emerging economy.

Mrs. Immaculate Emma Kyomukama

Technical direction and consultant at Aqua Solutions Intl. Ltd. Uganda

Mrs. Kyomukama is Senior Quality control Officer at the Water Laboratory of National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) in Kampala. As technical director and consultant at Aqua Solutions Intl. Ltd she works closely with and trains clients to ensure customer satisfaction right from the onset of business throughout the entire processes. She is passionate about helping small companies and industries start up and run laboratories professionally.


Mrs. Kyomukama has over twelve years’ working experience in the water sector as a water quality expert and trainer for water laboratory managers in Uganda and other countries. She is very familiar with ISO 17025 accreditation of water laboratories. Mrs. Kyomukama has furthermore experience in water treatment, water quality monitoring, process control for water and waste water treatment plants, sanitation, Environmental and social impact Assessments, water safety plans implementation among others.


She holds a joint MSc. in Limnology and Wetlands Management from UNESCO. Universität für Bodenkultur (BOKU) in Vienna, Austria, IHE Delft Institute of Water Education in the Netherlands and Egerton University in Njoro, Kenya.
